Got a cool project which uses our fabric? Snap a few pics and send them in using this form. If we use it, we'll send you a gift certificate for $25.00! The only requirement is that your project use one of our fabrics in some way.

What is your name (and the name of anyone else who worked on it), as you'd like to see it on the site?
What type, color, and yardage of fabric did you use?
Write a few sentences about your project. Whatever you like - perhaps a particular challenge you had while working on it, how long it took you, or any comments you got on the finished piece.
Any other comments? Whatever you put here won't be quoted on the site, just if you want to tell us something about how the project should be posted.
